Warranty Policy

Warranty on products listed on Search Mart India is provided by the respective supplier or manufacturer. Search Mart India facilitates the process but is not the warranty provider.
1. Warranty Coverage
Warranty details — including duration and coverage — are mentioned by the supplier on the product listing page. Common coverage types include:
- Manufacturer Warranty: Covers manufacturing defects; claimed directly from the brand's service centre.
- Seller Warranty: Provided by the supplier; contact the supplier for claims.
2. How to Claim Warranty
- Check the warranty card or product listing for warranty duration and terms.
- Contact the supplier directly through your order page for seller warranty.
- For manufacturer warranty, visit the brand's authorised service centre with your invoice.
- If you face difficulty, email us at info@searchmartindia.com and we will assist.
3. Warranty Exclusions
Warranty is generally void in the following cases:
- Physical damage caused by the user (drops, spills, misuse)
- Unauthorised repairs or modifications
- Normal wear and tear
- Products without original serial number or tampered packaging
4. Search Mart India's Role
We act as a mediator. If a supplier fails to honour a valid warranty claim, you may escalate to us and we will take appropriate action, which may include suspension of the supplier's account.
